You didn't see any rock star cereal-eating in "A Star Is Born."
But after Lady Gaga's big night at the Golden Globes, where the film's star took home an award for the song "Shallow," she celebrated in a style truly out of the box – eating Fruity Pebbles in bed with her Golden Globe trophy.
Fiance Christian Carino posted the Instagram photo of Gaga post-Globe parties, wearing little more than a big smile under her bed's white sheets. In her left hand she clutches her Golden Globe trophy. A box of the fruit-flavored rice cereal beloved by children sits perched next to her right shoulder with a half-eaten bowl nearby.
Carino's photo caption: "What a rager."
That sugar does get you worked up.
Gaga behind-the-scenes: Backstage at the Golden Globes
Gaga was the Globes belle of the ball, even if she did miss out on best actress, to Glenn Close, and "A Star Is Born" shocking lost out on best drama film to the poorly reviewed "Bohemian Rhapsody."
Gaga had the time of her life at the show, sauntering backstage with her "Shallow" co-writers, who took turns carrying the train of her voluminous Cinderella-like gown.
"That's how we got the job," cracked co-writer Mark Ronson.
After her Globes evening ended, Gaga was up bright and early Tuesday to pay respects to her "A Star Is Born" co-star Sam Elliott. Both Gaga and writer-director Bradley Cooper braved a Los Angeles drizzle at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood as the veteran actor Elliott had his hand and footprint immortalized in cement.
Gaga posted photos on her Instagram where she and Elliott shared a hug as he kissed her tenderly on the forehead.
“So excited to be here for Sam Elliott’s hand & footprint ceremony,” she wrote. Another shot showed Gaga and Cooper, both in raincoats, looking on as Elliott got down with the cement.
"We love you Sam!" Gaga wrote.
