Demi Lovato sorry (not sorry) for knocking out trainer's tooth: 'When’s my first fight?!' - USA TODAY

Watch out online trolls – Demi Lovato packs a mean punch.

The "Sorry Not Sorry" singer, 26, accidentally knocked out her trainer Jay Glazer's tooth while working out at Unbreakable Performance in Los Angeles Tuesday.

In a hilarious Instagram video, Glazer rings a bell and holds up his incisor, all while showing off his gap-toothed smile: "Demi knocked my tooth out!" Lovato, who donned blue boxing gloves, playfully gave Glazer a hug before apologizing.

The feat was even more impressive considering Glazer was wearing a mouthpiece.

"Holy (expletive) I literally knocked @jayglazer’s tooth out during training this morning - while he was wearing a mouth piece!!!! Hahahahaha sorry (not sorry) Jay," she captioned the video. "So coach, when’s my first fight?!"

Lovato's knockout caught the attention of former UFC champion Ronda Rousey.

"This is too much," Rousey commented, adding a crying laughing emoji. "Hell yeah girl, and what a good sport @jayglazer is!!!"

As for his missing tooth? "I #crazyglued my tooth back in," Glazer wrote on Instagram.

The "Sober" singer has been focusing on her health and perfecting her Brazilian jiu-jitsu after she was hospitalized for an overdose in July 2018.

In December, she posted a sweaty selfie after a martial arts workout: "Sweaty, messy jiu jitsu hair," adding the hashtags blue belt and never give up.
