Trina Braxton's Ex Husband, Gabe Solis, Dies From Cancer - Vibe

Nicki Minaj’s boyfriend, Kenneth Petty, used her as the inspiration for his very first tattoo. Petty got Minaj’s birth name, “Onika,” tattooed on his neck in red cursive letters.

The “Good Form” rapper showed off Petty's tattoo Friday (Dec. 21) via an Instagram video captioned, "Did ya tat hurt zaddy?"

Petty isn't the only man to get an ode to Minaj inked on his body. Minaj's ex-boyfriend, Safaree Samuels, tattooed her face on his forearm during their relationship (he had the tattoo covered up in 2015).

Minaj went public with her new beau earlier in the month and the two appear to be blissfully cuddled up, amid reports about Petty’s criminal past coming to light.

The native New Yorker was released from prison in 2013, after serving time for manslaughter. Petty was also convicted of first-degree attempted rape in 1995.

Minaj has made it clear that she's standing by her new man. The Queens native responded to reports about Petty’s rape case in an Instagram comment writing in part that he was 15 years old at the time, and in a “relationship” with the victim, who was 16, according to Minaj. “But go awf internet. Ya’ll can’t run my life,” she wrote. “Ya’ll can’t even run ya'll own life.”
