Christina El Moussa will ring in 2019 as a Mrs.
On Saturday, the “Flip or Flop” personality married “Wheeler Dealers” host Ant Anstead in a “winter wonderland” ceremony at their Newport Beach, Calif., home, People confirmed. The pair kept the nuptials quiet, inviting 70 close family members and friends to their abode, later to be taken to the Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade. The attendees were surprised with a wedding instead.
“We literally owe this wedding to her,” El Moussa said of pal and publicist Cassie Zebisch. “She pulled it off. She met with the vendors, she set up the catering. I wanted a Maestros theme, like a nice steakhouse. She did it all!”
El Moussa, 35, who wore an Ines Di Santo dress for the occasion, wanted her children and Anstead’s kids to be part of their special day.
“We wanted to make it about the kids,” Anstead, 39, said. “It’s the six of us. We’re a blended family so it was really important for them to be a part of it.”
Anstead has daughter Amelie, 15, and son Archie, 12, from a previous marriage. El Moussa and ex-husband Tarek share daughter Taylor, 8, and son Brayden, 3.
The bride also confirmed she will be changing her last name.
“It has a nice ring to it, doesn’t it?” El Moussa said. “Christina Anstead. We couldn’t be any happier!”
Following her split from Tarek in 2016, El Moussa and Anstead got together in October 2017.
