Cardi B says she and Offset have split after one year of marriage. “I’m gonna always have a lot of love for him because he is my daughter’s father,” she said in an Instagram video posted overnight, referring to their four-month-old daughter, Kulture. “Things just haven’t been working out between us for a long time,” she says, “and it’s nobody’s fault, it’s just that I guess we grew out of love.” Watch her explanation below.

Cardi and Offset secretly married in October 2017, making the announcement public with an on-stage proposal later that month. This past April, Cardi revealed her pregnancy on “Saturday Night Live.”
